What is u-xplore?
U-Xplore is an exciting new local resource which can help and motivate you to think about:
- where you might want to work when you leave school?
- what type of job or career you might be suited to?
- what types of work are available locally?
- what skills and qualities you might need to work in a particular role?
Where can I access u-xplore?
From any machine which has a good broadband connection! So you can use it at school or at home. Perhaps you want to show it and talk it through with friends and family.
You will need to register to use the service. Go to:

Quick Instructions
- Hit the 'Register' button and click the button at bottom of page.
- Enter your personal details in the About You section
- In the About Your School section, select your school/college name from School/College drop down list
- Enter your Year and Class details
- In School Code which your teacher/co-ordinator has given you ENTER school code 44173 (case sensitive) and click continue
- In the Username and Password fields, type in exactly the same username and password you use to access the school computer network.
- Click Register Me - and you are now ready to use u-xplore!
- Log in using your Username and Password.
